AMANDEEP SINGH

MANAGING PARTNER

AMANDEEP SINGH is the founder of SUN CAPITAL, and as Portfolio Manager, remains the head of the Investment team. Prior to joining Holding Capital group and establishing Sun capital, he was a consultant at Marina & Company where he was a founding member of its dedicated private equity group. Amandeep is a graduate of the Panjab University,Chandigarh , and earned an MBA degree in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Singapore Management University, Singapore.

AMRITPAL SINGH GILL

MANAGING PARTNER

Amritpal Singh Gill has a dual focus at SUN CAPITAL, heading both Business Development and Risk Management. Prior to joining Sun Capital in 2005, he worked at AIP Assets Management, New York where he focused on structured products as part of equity capital markets. Amritpal received his BSE and MBA from the Singapore Management University, Singapore, where he was selected as a Joseph Wharton Scholar. He is a Alternative Investment Analyst.

BALJINDER SINGH KHURANA

HEAD OF TEAM

Baljinder Singh Khurana is a Partner at SUN CAPITAL, and has been with the firm since its inception. As the Head of Team, he has played a vital role in creating investment processes and setting up the research team. Prior to Sun Capital, Baljinder was responsible for analysing investment opportunities at SBI Capital Markets, where he was part of the proprietary investment group that oversaw an equity and debt portfolio. Baljinder graduated from Panjab University with a degree in B.com, and earned an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Managemant, Kharagpur.

KIRPAL SINGH SAHARA

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Kirpal Singh Sahara joined SUN CAPITAL in March 2019, as Chief Operating Officer. His role is to oversee Operations, Back office, Audit, Compliance, General administration, IT, and HR related activities. Prior to joining Sun Capital, Kirpal Singh was an Executive Director and member of Sun Capital. Kirpal Singh is a graduate of the Panjab University, Chandigarh and also done certified course from Indian Institute of Technology.

GURMUKH SINGH CHANA

INVESTOR RELATIONS

Gurmukh Singh Chana joined SUN CAPITAL in 2021 as a member of the Business Development team. Prior to Sun Capital, he was with the Multi National Companies for over 7 years, where he worked in multiple roles including Strategy & Planning, Investment Advisory, and Relationship Management. Gurmukh Singh graduated from Panjab University with a degree in B.Com, and earned his MBA from Symbosis open Learning School, Pune.

SARABJIT SINGH GABA

INVESTOR RELATIONS

Sarabjit Singh Gaba joined SUN CAPITAL in 2021 as a member of the Business Development team. Prior to SUN CAPITAL, He was with Multi National Companies for 7 years where she worked in several roles, including as a trader on their equity desk, a portfolio specialist for international funds investing in India, and finally as COO. Sarabjit Singh is a member of our Sun Capital Company as a highest Business Developer.

SEWAK SNGH

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Sewak Singh joined Sun Capital in 2021 as a consultant to the Business Development team. He formerly worked as a fund manager covering the Asia Pacific region, at Sanlam Multi-Manager International (London), and prior to that, was a member of the private client team with Deloitte Wealth Management in London. Sewak graduated with a Management Studies degree from the University of Panjab, and has given much opportunities in business

HARINDERPAL SINGH SODHI

OPERATIONS AND COMPLIANCE

Harinderpal Singh Sodhi joined SUN CAPITAL in 2020. Prior to joining Sun Capital he worked with Omeax International Limited and L&T Investment Management in operational roles; he was responsible for trade settlement, cash flow management, performance tracking, and acted as a liaison between the custodian and brokers. Harinderpal Singh graduated with a degree in Commerce from Desh Bhagat University, and done MBA from Lovely Professional University Jalandhar.

RAJEEV JAIN

INVESTOR COMMUNICATIONS

Rajeev Jain joined SUN CAPITAL in 2021 to support the Business Development team. Prior to joining Sun Capital, he was Manager of Human Resources at Electreus Transport, which is a part of Global Transportation. Rajeev graduated with a degree in Commerce from Panjab University, and earned his Diploma in HR from Amity

PANKAJ SOOD

INVESTOR COMMUNICATIONS

Pankaj Sood joined SUN CAPITAL in 2021 with a dual focus of supporting Investor Services and Office Administration. Prior to joining Sun Capital, he worked as an Executive Assistant at Amway and its subsidiary company. Pankaj graduated from Panjab University with a Masters in Management Studies (Human Resources).
